The SmartSat CRC is a consortium of universities and other research organisations, partnered with industry that has been funded by the Australian Government to develop know-how and technologies in advanced telecommunications and IoT connectivity, intelligent satellite systems and Earth observation next generation data services. 

The SmartSat Visiting Researcher Scheme (VRS) is designed to enable SmartSat and its university partners to host world class researchers with a view to enhancing research capability and fostering collaboration. 

Applications will be considered throughout the year and should be submitted at least eight weeks prior to the proposed start date of the visit.
