[AUSTRALIA] – GLOBAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DIPLOMACY FUND

The Australian Federal Government is looking to increase international collaboration in science and research by providing financial assistance to Australian businesses, entrepreneurs and researchers. $60 million is earmarked for the first year of the strategic element of the Global Science and Technology Diplomacy Fund (GSTDF).

France has been identified as a priority partner in advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence and quantum computing.

Calls for Australian researchers will open later this year. The intent is to build additional relationships where there are currently low levels of collaboration. Multi-partner applications will be encouraged.
